The Old Coach House is set in the leafy town of Hessle and we also provide services such as meals on wheels, home care and housekeeping to the local community. Hessle has a village atmosphere. Our home is minutes away from all the shops and local amenities

The centre of Hessle is called "Hessle Square" or "The Square" for short. There are many shops , a library, a small bus station and a local church. There are also several lovely places to eat; pubs, cafes etc where you could take your family member out to lunch

Transport to and from Hessle is convenient, with good access to main roads such as the A15, A63 & M62 (via the A63). It also has a railway station with hourly services to and from Hull and to destinations such as Doncaster and York.

Hessle is also close to the famous Humber Bridge and this can be viewed from the square or a closer view can be seen via Hessle Foreshore

When possible, depending on the ability of the resident, the staff will take a few of the ladies or gentlemen into Hessle either for a short walk, some fresh air or for a spot of lunch
